A Legacy Rebuilt

Once a beloved structure on a Paradise Valley horse property, this barn was saved from demolition, carefully dismantled, and rebuilt here by Cattle Track Arts & Preservation (CTAP) — a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to preserving Arizona’s creative and cultural heritage.

A Home for Emerging Artists

When complete, the barn will serve as studio space for emerging artists through Scottsdale Arts’ “Art Spark” program, which offers workspace, mentoring, and financial support to help promising art students grow into professional artists.

Made Possible by Community Generosity

Thanks to an initial gift that funded the move and reconstruction, the barn now stands once again — ready for its next chapter.

We’re now raising funds to complete the interior studios and landscaping, transforming this space into a thriving creative hub.
