Cattle Track Arts & Preservation is dedicated to recognizing and celebrating Scottsdale's authentic cultural heritage by providing opportunities for visual and performing artists, craftspeople, and students, while preserving Scottsdale's historic desert arts community.

- Artist & Community Content: All content featured on this Site—including artwork, photography, sketches, text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, and video clips—is the property of Cattle Track Arts & Preservation, its participating artists, or its content suppliers, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

When using our Site, contact forms, RSVP forms, or event registration, you agree that you will not:

- Store & Event Registrations: Prices, availability, and descriptions for merchandise, artwork, or event tickets/RSVPs listed on our online shop are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders if necessary.
